• A partial payment (advance) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the event, either via Cash, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.

2. Refund Policy

• All advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• However, if an event is cancelled by Tactical Delta Group for any reason, we will offer a full refund of the advance payment.
• We are not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred due to such cancellations.
  
  

3. Event Conduct and Participation

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of Tactical Delta Group staff during the event.
• We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event for misconduct or non-compliance with safety rules, without refund.
  
  

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Tactical Delta Group is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, including vehicles, that may occur during the event.
• All participants are responsible for the security of their own items and transportation.
  
  

5. Changes to Events or Services

• We reserve the right to modify or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, safety concerns, etc.).
• In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and refund policies will be applied accordingly.
